Who is this guy?
Even though Frank acts like one a lot of the time, technically I'm the kid of the group. It's been a lot of fun being a part of the family...never a dull moment, that's for sure!
I've done a little bit of everything in life...graduated from Southwestern University in 1998 with a degree in kinesiology and a minor in business, did a little graduate school work in sports administration at both the University of Memphis and Baylor University, and got out into the real world for a little while working in sports & event marketing. Realizing that with being in the real world comes real work, I decided to go back to school! In December of 2003 I completed my Master's degree at Baylor, and am once again working for a living. Back in the event marketing field, I now work for US Marketing and Promotions.
In October 2006 I convinced my girlfriend of 2+ years to spend the rest of her life with me. On June 16, 2007, Summer and I wed on a beach in Riviera Maya, Mexico. I couldn't be more excited to begin this next portion of my life...our life together.
Our life together didn't quite last as long as we thought it was going to before we added a member to the family. Mason Thomas Gafford came into the world on April 25, 2008...weighing 6 lbs 5 ozs and measuring 20". You hear it from everyone with children (or have experienced it yourself), but it really is true...it changes your life! Summer and I are enjoying all of his noises and faces as we watch him grow every day.
So what in the world does anything in my life have to do with cross-stitch?! Answer: absolutely nothing. Stay with me, we'll pull it all together in a second...
As I mentioned, I've done a little bit of everything...including playing with a computer. After fooling around with the internet when it was new, I happened to pick up enough here and there to be able to put together a website.
In 2001, we launched www.moseynme.com! It's still a work in progress, so feel free to chime in with your thoughts and suggestions. We've already used several of them to add different features that you've requested...so keep them coming!
How crazy is that?! The sports guy is creating websites for cross-stitch designers! Just goes to show that you don't have to know a thing about the content that you put on the web!
If you'd like to drop me a line and offer any suggestions, thoughts, or comments...or if you're looking for someone to either create or rework your website, drop me a line at email@example.com!
